Refund Policy

At BLKQ LLC, we want every client to be completely satisfied with our work. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our web design and related services.
1. Full Refund - Before Work Begins
If you cancel your project before any design or development work has started (typically within 48 hours of your deposit payment), you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit. To request a cancellation, email us at hello@blkqapp.com.
2. Non-Refundable Deposit - After Work Begins
Once design or development work has commenced, the initial deposit is non-refundable. The deposit covers:
- Project discovery and research
- Design planning and wireframing
- Initial design concepts
- Time and resources allocated to your project
What you keep: If you cancel after work has begun, you will receive all completed work, assets, and deliverables created up to the date of cancellation. No further payments will be owed beyond what has already been paid.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with the final deliverable, we will work with you to make it right before any cancellation is considered:
- We will provide up to 2 additional rounds of revisions at no extra cost
- We will schedule a call to understand your concerns and create an action plan
- We are committed to delivering work that meets the agreed-upon scope and quality
4. Monthly Maintenance Plans
Monthly maintenance subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Service continues through the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months
- No cancellation fees
5. Add-On Services
Add-on services (logo design, copywriting, etc.) follow the same refund policy as the main project:
- Full refund if cancelled before work begins
- Non-refundable once work has started
- Completed work is delivered to the Client upon cancellation

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
7. Disputes
If you have a concern about your project or a billing issue, please contact us first at hello@blkqapp.com. We are committed to resolving issues directly and fairly. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes will be handled in accordance with our Terms of Service.
